You agree that QTurbo, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue provision of this web site and its services, and to remove the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability towards you, QTurbo, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information.

Rhino Product Policy

Getting the job done right the first time, so you don't have to worry about returns

We believe in providing you with the right solution the first time. Please contact our pre-sales support team with any pre-purchase questions, we love to answer those questions you were always afraid to ask. The world of telephony can be a complicated place and we want you to buy with confidence.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Credit will be issued after the item(s) are received and inspected for damage and functionality. All items must be returned in the original packaging, with all original included items. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All warranty replacement items will undergo a complete and rigorous inspection and test process. If it is found that there is no problem with the item, we may bill up to 50% of the original cost, plus outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Defective equipment that is not returned within 30 days will be considered an additional purchase and buyer will be billed accordingly.

If it is found that the problem is due to a defect in material or workmanship the item will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. If the problem is due to an accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification the customer will be contacted by a customer support representative who will advise the customer as to the cost of repairs.

Any return in the United States will include a return label. Please use this to return the item to us. Due to custom regulations we cannot issue a return label for anything being shipped to us from outside the United States. Please return the item to us prepaid. If you do not use our label to return the item please inform us of the tracking number so we may have a record of it. This will also assist us in tracking the package should a dispute arise about the item being returned

General Support and 3rd Party Contacts

we offer free lifetime support for all hardware. This includes a team of engineers which can solve almost any issue. Our support staff has access to everyone, from the people who designed the hardware, the software programmers all the way down to the folks who put it in to the packaging. This level of support can't be offered by someone who outsources any of these tasks. Our support includes hardware troubleshooting and basic hardware configuration as required. We also support all Rhino-written software and can make modifications as needed to software and firmware.


As a courtesy on Rhino appliances, such as the Ceros family, we may install software which is freely available under the GPL and other open source licenses. Software released under these licenses is not warranted or supported by us. The open source software system is a sensitive Eco-System and the software that is provided for free is often financially supported through paid support systems and advanced documentation. In order to keep balance in this envelopment Rhino does not support 3rd party software, however we suggest that it is always best to go to the project's website. All the software we distribute offer FREE community support and most offer a paid support alternative where you work directly with people embedded in the project to get it working.

Free Support SLA

Service Level Agreement SLA - “Rhino Free Technical Support”

QTurbo, LLC offers free technical support for all Rhino manufactured products.  We strive to offer the highest level of support to our customers at all times.  This SLA defines the minimum support that can be expected from Rhino.  However, please know that we will give a best-case effort at all times to all Rhino customers.

SLA - What Is It?

Rhino offers free technical support for all Rhino manufactured hardware.  There is no time limit to the support, and extends past the standard Rhino warranty period.  The free technical support minimally covers hardware installation, driver installation, and configuration of the driver within the Linux or Asterisk environment for our PCI and PCI Express cards.  Channel bank help covers installation and trouble shooting of connectivity and configuration.

Free technical support is offered through two main contact methods:  email and telephone during the standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM Arizona Time, except on holidays.

The Ceros family of products utilize Asterisk-Linux distributions that are created by a third party.  Rhino loads and tests each Ceros system in a controlled environment before it is shipped, along with configuring and testing the installed hardware.

For advanced troubleshooting an SSH connection is required. After hours support is handled via email only, and SSH connections are required for after hours emergency support. Appointments are also a good way to get support after hours; this is provided at the discretion of our support staff.

SLA - What It Is Not?

The Ceros family of products both utilize Asterisk-Linux distributions that are created by a third party.  Rhino does not warranty the installed software (other than support for our driver software) as the third party software normally does not come with a warranty, since it is open source software.  Support for these products may be available from the third party.

The Ceros family of products are reseller products only.  This means that Rhino is not responsible for “setting up” the Asterisk environment, including (but not limited to) adding incoming trunks, analog and digital telephones, IP environment, etc. that is normally performed by the reseller at the time of installation.  Rhino will, however, try to help our customers with software questions and configurations on a best-case effort.  This is limited to email support only. After hours support is on a best-case effort basis.

Warranty and Return Policy

All our Rhino products come with a full 5-year limited warranty.  Please request our limited warranty document if you are interested in our warranty statement.  All Rhino products also have a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy.

Reseller and Distributor RMA Policy

1. An RMA number must be obtained from Rhino prior to product return.
2. An RMA number will be issued within 1 business day of a proper request.
3. An issued RMA is valid for 15 days. If the return is not received in 15 days the RMA will be voided.
4. All returns require a RMA number which should be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number will be rejected and returned unprocessed.
5. All warranties are VOID on visibly damaged, altered or improperly packaged returns.
6. All returns for credit require a full inspection for damages before credit is issued.
7. Freight and shipping costs will not be refunded.
8. No returns will be accepted for credit beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
9. Products originally shipped with additional parts such as cords, cables, brackets must be returned with these items. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted if these are missing
10. All returns MUST ship via Rhino's Shipping guidelines.

-All products must be properly packed, and should be suspended from movement within its container.
-Rhino recommends all items be shipped in their original packaging which was specially designed to protect the product during transport.
-Items such as Servers or channel banks must be individually packed, and all cards and other electronic components should be in an ESD bag.
-All shipments should have the RMA number clearly and prominently labeled on the outside.
-Inside the box should be paper with the RMA number and contact information.

End User RMA Policy

1. An RMA number must be obtained from us prior to product return.
2. An RMA number will be issued within 1 business day of an RMA form submission.
3. All RMA forms must have the tracking code supplied when the form was issued.
4. Except for DOA units, all RMA's will be considered REPAIR.
5. All returns for credit must go through the vendor.
6. All items shipped to us must have the RMA number clearly labeled on the box. Items without an RMA number will be rejected.
7. Except on DOA, the customer is responsible for shipping cost. In the case of warranty, shipping costs will be returned.
8. All items must be packaged per the Rhino shipping guidelines and insurance is recommended.
9. All warranty claims may be voided on improperly packed or damaged packages.
10. All repair RMA's are void after 14 days.
11. All returns from any advanced replacement will be charged if the return product is not in transit within 30 days.
12. If you are shipping on a label not provided by Rhino, the tracking number with the RMA number should be sent to Rhino Support.
13. Loaners may be available on a case by case basis with deposit for repairs. The customer is responsible for round trip shipping of the loaner.
14. All repairs sent to Rhino must be approved for repair within 14 days of quotation or the unit may be disposed of.
15. A Credit card is required for all RMA transactions. Unless specified by policy or Authorized for services or repairs, the card will not be charged.

Warranty

QTurbo, LLC Limited Warranty Statement

QTurbo, LLC warrants that its Rhino products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, QTurbo, LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by us on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

Duration of Warranty

Five-Year Warranty: All products specifically manufactured by QTurbo, LLC are covered by a five-year warranty (excluding the items described under the “One-Year Warranty” section).

One-Year Warranty: All items that are not manufactured directly by QTurbo, LLC are covered by a one-year warranty, including but not limited to: PC motherboards and memory, CPUs, memory cards, hard drives, data storage products, etc. If the original manufacturer’s warranty is longer than 1 year, we will honor that warranty.

This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Rhino products, as provided above. QTurbo, LLC is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of Rhino products. We will not discontinue support of its products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available and there is reasonable customer demand for the products.

If you experience difficulty during the installation or subsequent use of a Rhino product, you may contact our Technical Support department prior to servicing your system. Rhino provides free English-language technical support to its customers worldwide for as long as you own the Rhino product.

Technical Support for your Rhino product can be obtained directly by calling: +1 (888) 494-5801 during normal business hours in the United States, or by the web at http://support.rhinoequipment.com.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements

To obtain warranty service, please contact our support group (http://support.rhinoequipment.com). Be sure to include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem that you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.

You may return the product directly to the Rhino factory after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from us. An RMA number is obtained by calling Rhino Customer Service at +1 (888) 494-5801 or via our support portal at http://support.rhinoequipment.com.

Once you have obtained an RMA number from us, you must send the product freight-prepaid and insured to QTurbo, LLC, RMA Customer Service, to the address that was given to you at the time that the RMA was issued, within thirty (30) days. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to the factory without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.

THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR RHINO PRODUCTS AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO RHINO PRODUCTS AND QTurbo, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL QTurbo, LLC BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF A RHINO PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST DATA, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE RHINO PRODUCT, EVEN IF QTurbo, LCC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
